Course 1:   

Lentil Sausage Stew - Spicy Italian sausage, carrots, celery, garlic, kale and tomatoes in a tomato beef broth.
Wine Pairing:   Dona Paula Estate, Red Blend 2015

Course 2: 

Zucchini Manicotti - Zucchini noodles stuffed with ricotta in a pesto cream sauce.
Wine Pairing:   Dona Paula Estate, Sauvignon Blanc 2015

Course 3: 

Braised Veal Osso Buco - Slow roasted veal shank on a bed of Fontina polenta.
